Randall Shelton Is a Multi-Faceted Administrative Professional

Randall Shelton is an Atlanta based administrative professional with many awards to his credit. He has more than thirty-five years of experience in auxiliary operations and business development as well as in private sector business ownership. In the year 1978, he did his B.S. in Accounting with concentrations in Business Law and Management from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater. Later, he completed M.S. degree in Institutional Management from the same University.

Randall Shelton is a Certified Facilitator and Corporate Trainer, Performance Training Institute, Destiny Seminars International, Toronto, Ontario. He started his career in the year 1981 as the Senior Food Coordinator at Oklahoma State University. He advanced progressively to a senior level management position over 5 operational units and took up the charge as a Purchasing Specialist in the same year and same University. Thereafter, he was promoted to the Manager of Food Services.

Next, Randall Shelton served as the Director of Dining Services at The Wichita State University, Kansas for almost six years. In the year 1993, he joined Georgetown College in Kentucky as the Director of Dining Services where he supervised all the food service and auxiliary services. After working with the college for over five years, Randall joined as the Director of Housing and Food Services at Ohio University, Athens, Ohio. There, he managed all housing, food services, and auxiliary operations at a public 20,000-student institution in Southeastern Ohio. From 2009 to 2012, he served as the Director of Auxiliary Services at Northeastern State University, Tahlequah, OK. He successfully handled the operational areas of Housing and Residential Life, Maintenance, Custodial, Grounds and landscape, Bookstore, Food service, Fitness Center, Motor Pool, Student Union, vending and more.

Later, Randall Shelton served Kennesaw State University, Kennesaw, GA as the Assistant Vice President of Auxiliary Operations for four years. He was responsible for all auxiliary operations at a major state university with two campuses and a student population of 33,000. He managed all major areas of Culinary Services, Franchise operations, Bookstore Operations, Parking Transportation, campus wide printer and copier fleet, access control, vending and more.
