Randall Shelton’s Administrative Career

Randall Shelton is a senior level administrative professional with over three decades of experience in handling diverse areas of auxiliary administration and business development as well as private sector business ownership. Talking about his academic background, he has completed M.S. in Institutional Management from Oklahoma State University from Stillwater, Oklahoma. Prior to this, he did B.S. in Accounting with concentration in Business Law and Management from the same university in the year 1978.

Randall Shelton is the former Assistant Vice President of Auxiliary Operations at Kennesaw State University, Kennesaw, GA. Prior to this; he was the Director of Auxiliary Services at Northeastern State University, Tahlequah, OK. He has also served as the president and CEO at LEAB Enterprises, LLC Athens, Ohio. It is a management and consulting company that serves the retail foodservice and college and university industries. The company also provides concept development, human resource management, management oversight, retail sales direction and brand development to startup companies.

Randall Shelton got his professional start in the 1980s as a senior food service coordinator, purchasing specialist, and manager of food services at Oklahoma State University, Stillwater. Subsequently, he directed housing and/or food services at Wichita State University, Wichita, Kansas; Georgetown College in Georgetown, Kentucky; and Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.

Randall Shelton owned and managed a small private construction business in Wichita for almost one year (May 1992 to August 1993). He worked on two restaurant projects, and handled everything from the construction management, layout and design, to budget planning, and menu development.
