Randall Shelton Contributed in the Success of Kennesaw’s Administrative Department

Randall Shelton is an Atlanta based administrative professional with many years of experience. He worked with Kennesaw State University where he led the culinary team to the number one foodservice program in the nation as recognized by the National restaurant Association, winning the Operator Innovator of the Year Award for 2013. He played a major part in increasing the revenue by reducing the costs to students for online textbooks, and study materials with an overall gain of 20% for the division. Apart from that, he has successfully re-organized both transportation and parking system which significantly reduced the cost and increased the revenue.

He has been a consultant to various food sector services and developed a successful company of approximately 45 food service franchisees within three years serving various clients and independent retailers. He has contributed in the development of RFP for a campus housing master planning for renovation and replacement. Also, he developed a campus wide printer and copier management program in partnership with a major national printing and copier company.  He was responsible for the redesigning of a post office and a full-service motor pool.

Randall Shelton is a senior member at Ohio University who is responsible for the development of University study center his task also included designing of food services, auxiliary operational areas, and retail. Implementation and development of both dining and housing services and merging with the facility management to achieve 4 million as savings by eliminating duplicated functions, played a major role in implementing operational budget efficiencies up to 4% per year for a period of 5 years thereby creating an auxiliary reserve up to 8% for capital projects.
