Randall Shelton is the former Assistant Vice President of Auxiliary Operations at Kennesaw State University, Kennesaw, GA. He served this role from August 2012 to 2016, and efficiently fulfilled his responsibilities. In the year 2015, he won University Administrator of the year award in recognition of his accomplishments at KSU. While serving as the Assistant Vice President, he was responsible for all auxiliary operations with two campuses and a student population of 33,000 in the University. In 2013, he led the culinary team to the number 1 foodservice program in the nation as recognized by the National Restaurant Association. For his excellent work, he was honored with the “Operator Innovator of The Year” award.
