Randall Shelton is an administrative expert with many years of experience and achievements under his belt. He worked with Kennesaw State University where he led the Culinary team to the number one foodservice program in the nation as recognized by the National restaurant Association, winning the Operator Innovator of the Year Award for 2013. Also, he developed and awarded the largest Foodservice RFP for $60 million, with $14 million in cash contribution. Re-organized the entire parking and transportation system to increase revenues and reduce costs. He redeveloped bookstore operations and added text book rentals, online course materials, as well as several online coop textbook programs to increase revenue and reduce costs to students by $1.4 million per year.
While working at Northeastern State University, he developed RFP and led the development process for a campus housing master plan for housing replacement and renovation. He also completed a full renovation plan for the food service areas. He prepared the Stage 1 of the remodel of the Market Cafeteria which began in the year 2012.
Randall Shelton is a Certified Facilitator and Corporate Trainer at Performance Training institute. He has also given lectures in Destiny Seminars International, Toronto, Ontario. Owing to his decades of experience and dedication, he gained expertise in many areas of administration. He has great leadership and problem solving skills. he has great knowledge of business culture and personal empowerment.
